Robotic Heller Myotomy

43 y/o M w/ 30lb weight loss and difficulty swallowing, contrast swallow confirmed achlasia.  Pt elected for robotic heller myotomy with Dor fundoplication as treatment of choice.  Pt discharged following morning tolerating clears and minimal to no pain.  1 week postop, no abd pain or reflux, tolerating full liquids/soft
